Dock it: set “Open the pane in” to a sidebar and lower the zoom to keep the community one glance away while you write.
Hotkeys: bind Open Knowii: messages and Open Knowii: notifications to check in without touching the mouse.
Share a note: copy the text you want to discuss, jump to the right space with the toolbar, and paste it into a new post.
Catch up fast: right-click the Knowii ribbon icon to see the latest unread items and open one in a click.
Only the unread: type is:unread in the “what’s new” list, add words to narrow it down (is:unread obsidian).
Keep it tidy: Ctrl+J/K to move, Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to mark as read, Ctrl+E to archive, Ctrl/Cmd+S to save as a note, Ctrl/Cmd+R to reply; “Archive read” clears everything you have read.
Build your knowledge: save the answers you get in the community as notes, then link them from your own notes.
Too chatty? Switch off the kinds you don’t care about (likes, new members…) and mute busy spaces under Watch the whole community.
